Gluten Free Fruit Cake

Our Gluten Free Fruit cake is fit for any occasion.  In fact you don't really need to decorate it at all, bare naked or with a smattering of sieved icing sugar will not detract from this cake's inviting nature.  This cake is made with coconut sugar, giving it caramelly textured and is packed with sultanas, apricots, cranberries, date, dried apples and has just the right amount of spice. It wont hang around for long, it's a crowd pleaser.

This product is low in fat, Vegan, has no added sugar and if FREE of wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, soy.
